Peoples Steel Mills is a top alloy and special steel manufacturing plant located in Karachi. With assistance from the Japanese Peoples steel mill was set up by the Government of Pakistan in 1975.

The plant was upgraded in 1996 with the technical assistance of  VAIS, INTECO, and Bohler of Austria. The Peoples steel mill plant is now equipped with modern melting, refining, degassing, electro slag re-melting, and necessary casting, rolling, and forging facilities, having an annual capacity of 70,000 mt. 

Peoples Steel Mills is an ISO Certified company and their plant has the capability to produce steel in accordance with all international quality standards Peoples steel mills has manufactured more than 300 steel grades to date.
